Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive PA cum Admin to provide both personal assistance and administrative support to management while ensuring smooth daily office operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling documentation, coordinating company programs, and supporting communication with clients and participants. You will also assist in organizing events, seminars, and training activities while maintaining proper administrative records.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage employer’s daily schedule, appointments, and work commitments to ensure smooth time management
2. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, correspondence, and administrative files for efficient operations
3. Assist in company communications, draft reports, and record meeting minutes to support decision-making
4. Provide personal and administrative support to the employer, balancing both formal and informal tasks
5. Coordinate training classes, seminars, and programs related to sales, marketing, and company initiatives
6. Handle participant registration, attendance tracking, and maintain accurate program data records
7. Organize schedules, venues, and logistics to ensure programs and events run seamlessly
8. Communicate professionally with clients, participants, and external parties while maintaining the company’s image
9. Ensure office records and administrative documents are properly updated and accessible
10. Assist management with ad hoc administrative tasks and operational support when required
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2. Experience in administrative support, personal assistant, or office management roles is an advantage
3. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
4. Good interpersonal skills and professional working attitude
