We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Personnel to join our team. This is a strategic position focused on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities particulary in the defense sector. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong Relationship-Building Skills: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, military personnel, and procurement officers.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking: Identifying opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing effective sales strategies.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in defense sector
Strong understanding of customer needs and industry trends

In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads.

Tracking sales opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and analyze sales

Negotiating deals and closing sales to acquire new business.
