Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

Can analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Thorough understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask

Perform monthly cost reporting and tracking of ongoing jobs

Attend site meetings, on-site BQ verifications and quality checks

Prepare quotations and bills of site control and site valuation

Conduct site measurements and verify subcontractors’ work done.

Document design changes and update budgets

Maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
