Job Summary

The Purchasing Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all procurement activities. This position plays a significant role in sourcing, vendor negotiation, and cost optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Requirements

·         Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management;

·         Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Logistics, or related fields;

·         Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sales support, or project coordination;

·         Experience with suppliers and import/export coordination is an advantage;

·         Knowledge of procurement compliance and governance processes;

·         Exposure to procurement reporting, spend analysis, or dashboard reporting;

·         Experience with digital procurement and automated workflow systems;

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

·         Good communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

·         Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and services based on the company's requirements;

·         Evaluate vendor quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers;

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers;

·         Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure optimal inventory;

·         Analyze market trends to identify changes that could impact supply and demand;

·         Ensure all purchasing activities align with company policies and ethical standards;

·         Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data;

·         Coordinate with the finance and warehouse teams to ensure timely payments and delivery;

·         Prepare and present cost analysis and reports for management review;

·         Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
