Education:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Work Experience:

- Experience in business, marketing, manufacturing, mechanical, or automotive is a plus.

- Prior telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous but not necessary.

Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speakers preferred.

Competencies:

- Goal-oriented and able to handle pressure.

- Honest, reliable, and responsible.

- Team player who collaborates well with technical and after-sales teams.

Other Requirements:

- Must speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.

- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
