Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Business, Finance, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome (internship experience is a plus).

• Careful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Good communication skills and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage and update insurance/takaful policy records.

• Enter, check, and maintain policy data accurately in the system.

• Assist with policy issuance, changes, renewals, and cancellations.

• Prepare basic policy documents and simple reports.

• Support internal teams to resolve policy-related questions.

• Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with system testing or process improvements when needed.
