Requirements & Skills:
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or testing processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with production equipment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment and support shift operations if required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily semiconductor production operations and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment or process-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production performance, yield, and quality to meet operational targets.
• Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with technicians to ensure equipment reliability.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.
