Kelayakan

  • Proven experience or familiarity with sales processes, business development, or customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM software

  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, sales techniques, negotiation skills, and project management principles

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies for growth

  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for building relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required

  • Nice-to-have skills include experience with marketing strategies, CRM software proficiency, and familiarity with business development best practices. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and bilingual (chines and English) Procurement Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business footprint by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. Your energy and proactive approach will help us forge meaningful partnerships and elevate our market presence.

Tanggungjawab

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations

  • Support the creation of strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand brand awareness

  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and enhance customer engagement

  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and ongoing account management
