• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Knowledge of Life Insurance products, processes, or servicing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Life Insurance contact centre, customer service, or related environment.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written Simplified Mandarin and English.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls, live chats and emails from customers and distributors, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
• Accurately document all interactions and transactions in the CRM database, maintaining up-to-date and comprehensive records.
• Resolve customer and distributor issues, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve complex cases efficiently.
• Proactively escalate challenging cases to the team leader for additional support and guidance.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all communications.

Work Arrangement

• Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours:
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift Type: Normal Office Hours (No Rotational Shift)
