Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)

Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

A strong team player with a positive attitude

Experience in banking, debt collection, or recovery is an added advantage

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to support career development and success in the role.

Review and audit recorded calls made by the Recovery teams to ensure full compliance with bank-approved call scripts and regulatory guidelines

Check and verify all documentation to ensure alignment with banks’ regulatory and compliance requirements

Conduct compliance training sessions for new hires and provide refresher training for existing staff

Monitor and support branches in maintaining compliance standards and best practices

Coordinate and assist in Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing activities

Perform routine compliance and audit checks on staff workstations to ensure adherence to internal policies

Carry out any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the Head of Department
