Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Automation Engineering or related field

3-5 years experience in:Automation / machine buildingSystem integrationIndustrial engineering projects

Strong understanding of automation systems and machine building

Ability to read and review mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and system layouts

Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks / AutoCAD)

Knowledge of:Conveyors / material handling systemsRobotics / automation systemsSensors, actuators, PLC integration (basic understanding)

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

Leadership capability to coordinate cross-functional teams

Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

Ensure project scope, timeline, cost, and quality targets are achieved

Coordinate internal teams (design, software, production, site) and external vendors

Review and validate mechanical/electrical designs, layouts, and system concepts

Work closely with design engineers to ensure feasibility, manufacturability, and cost optimisation

Participate in solution development and technical discussions with customers

Support troubleshooting and engineering improvements during project execution

Act as the technical liaison between customer, engineering teams, and suppliers

Ensure all engineering deliverables (drawings, BOM, specifications) are aligned with project requirements

Support RFQ, proposal clarification, and engineering documentation

Oversee machine assembly, FAT, SAT, and site commissioning

Resolve technical issues during installation and startup

Ensure smooth handover to customer and production ramp-up

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans

Monitor risks and implement mitigation plans

Provide regular updates to management and customers on project status
