Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Admin Clerk, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,800 di ICA PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Perak - Maukerja

• Prepare invoices and arrange for timely and accurate dispatch to customers.
• Verify and ensure that sales order quantities are consistent with customer purchase orders.
• Process job sheets, sample request forms, cylinder sales confirmations, cylinder memos, and other sales-related documents accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Compile daily job sheets and distribute hard copies to the relevant departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of new customer information into the SAP and MES systems.
• Record incoming cylinder details accurately in the MES system.
• Prepare and submit cylinder purchase reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), environmental, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a systematic and well-organized filing system for all documentation and records.
