Purpose of the Role

The Warehouse Assistant (Outbound) is responsible for executing day-to-day warehouse operations related to order fulfilment and outbound distribution. This role ensures all outbound orders and branch transfers are processed accurately and on time, in compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and cold chain requirements where applicable.

What You’ll Do

  • Pick, check, and confirm all pick slips accurately and within required timelines in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
  • Pack and dispatch orders/invoices promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies during picking or checking to superiors for timely resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to consistently achieve warehouse KPIs.
  • Perform cold chain picking and packing activities in cold room environments in compliance with Cold Chain Management SOPs (when assigned).
  • Conduct monthly location audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Collate and scan Proof of Deliveries (PODs) into ECMS for proper digital record keeping.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including cold rooms and freezers, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Carry out additional warehouse duties as assigned by superiors to support operational efficiency.

What You Need to HaveEducation

  • Minimum: High School / A‑Level

Areas of Experience

Essential:

  • Warehouse operations

Preferable:

  • Customer service experience

Systems / Tools Required

Essential:

  • SAP
  • MS Office

Preferable:

  • CRM
  • ERP

Technical Skills

  • Basic PC skills and data entry capability

Key Challenges

  • Meeting daily and monthly KPIs under tight and multiple timelines
  • Managing gaps in communication across internal departments

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
