Job Scope

• Develops a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy for local and overseas markets to achieve sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of sales staff, including setting performance standards and monitoring their performance.
• Prepares individual and team action plans for effective sales lead generation.
• Initiates plans to penetrate new markets and assists in marketing plan development.
• Conducts one-on-one reviews with sales staff to enhance communication and identify training needs.
• Provides feedback to senior management on sales performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate, and competitive pricing for prospect applications, focusing on maximizing profit margins.
• Collaborates with the supply chain team on logistics arrangements.
• Maintains accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
• Maintains client contact to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Have at least 5 years of international sales experience outside the SEA region.
• Willing to travel overseas.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
