• Coordinate and assign daily delivery orders to lorry drivers.
• Plan and schedule lorry trips to ensure efficient delivery operations.
• Monitor transportation schedules and ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
• Communicate with drivers regarding pickup and delivery instructions.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse personnel, customers, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve any transportation issues promptly.
• Track lorry movements using GPS systems and provide updates on delivery status.
• Ensure all delivery documents, trip records, and transportation reports are properly maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries related to delivery schedules and transportation matters.
• Ensure compliance with company transportation policies and safety requirements.
• Support daily logistics and transportation operations to achieve service targets.
