Job Requirement

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a proven track record in a senior accounts role.

• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  

Job Descriptions

• Review monthly accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor cash flow projections to support effective operational and financial planning.

• Review and approve monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Review and authorize cheque and bank payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Lead the ERP system implementation to streamline operations

• Prepare quarterly tax estimates and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Provide management with financial insights, analysis, and ad-hoc reports for decision-making.

• Collaborate with branch managers to ensure alignment between operational and financial objectives.
