Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely and standardized entry of both sales data into the ERP system while centralizing data entry processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide data entry support for Sales activities ensuring timely and accurate updates in the ERP system.
  • Support centralized data entry for Sales/CS data when required.
  • Verify data accuracy before and after entry to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Update correct and validated information in the ERP system.
  • Organize and maintain documents systematically for efficient retrieval.
  • Work closely with Production, Planning, Sales and Customer Service teams when required.
  • To assist any ad-hoc assignment assigned by the immediate superior or head of department as and when is required.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma / Professional Certificate / Certificate /STPM / SPM in any field or equivalent;
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experiences in Data Entry Management / Business Administration / Sales Administration
  • Experience in Sales is also advantages
  • Possess strong initiative, multitasking and communication skills
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint), e-Mail tools & Internet Technology

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
