Company Secretary Assistant
- Able to handle secretarial work for a portfolio of clients, attend and take minutes of Board meetings and to ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and guidelines.
- To perform all aspect of secretarial duties and functions, preparation and submission of statutory returns to Registrar of Companies.
- Support the preparation of documents to shareholders, e.g. notices, circulars and annual report to shareholders.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Law, Business Studies, Part ICSA, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, New-Grad
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
