Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or candidates with at least 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

  • Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM systems.

  • Be comfortable using call center software.

  • Must be punctual and maintain professional conduct.

  • Ability to handle targets and work under supervision.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English to effectively communicate with customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies while ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.

  • Follow call scripts, quality standards, and performance targets while continuously seeking to improve customer satisfaction.
