Minimum qualification: Secondary school or Diploma in any discipline

Prior experience in Sales, preferably in Publishing, Printing, Advertising, or related industries

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach

Target-driven, independent, and highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

With basic computer knowledge.

Must possess own transport and valid driving license

Willing to travel within the JB area or nearby regions as needed

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Build and manage a sales pipeline and database of potential leads.

Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and propose solutions tailored to customer needs.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.

Collaborate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth project delivery.

Present mock-ups, samples, or product demos as part of the client engagement process.

Perform up-selling and cross-selling to maximize revenue per customer.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Attend industry events or trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.

Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
