Kerja Sepenuh Masa Clerk of Work (M-E), Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di K8 Group Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

We are currently in the midst of constructing a hotel in Seremban and require a Clerk of Work (specialising in M&E) to join us.

Job Requirements:

· Min. 10 years of hands on working experience in High Rise Building or Hotel Project as Clerk of Work (M&E).

· Min. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Service Engineering or related field.

· Able to work independently, detail oriented and communicate well.

· Willing to work in Seremban, N9.

Job Descriptions:

· Monitoring of work progress, check the work quality done by contractors and carrying out daily site inspections.

· To liaise with consultants, contractors & project team to ensure the works are carried out as per construction drawings, specification and deliver on time.

· Other assignments as deemed fit and when necessary.
