Key Responsibilities: 1. Personal Assistant (PA) Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings. - Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director. - Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations. - Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items. - Assist in planning company events, workshops, and educational programs. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Arrange travel bookings and logistics (if required). 2. Administrative Responsibilities - Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations. - Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping (physical and digital). - Prepare invoices, payment tracking, and basic financial coordination (if required). - Coordinate with teachers, students, parents, and external stakeholders. - Support student registration, class scheduling, and attendance tracking. - Maintain inventory of office supplies and learning materials. - Assist in HR-related documentation and coordination (if required)
