Requirements
At least 1 year working experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as on-job training will be provided.
Experience in E-commerce, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, mobile marketing, social media etc.
Experience in managing multiple marketplaces platform such as Lazada, Shopee etc.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, FB advertising, and other social media monitoring platforms.
Passionate in the use of SEO, social media, and popular networking from internet to generate sales growth.
Hands on experience with MS Office, CMS, or any web publishing tool.
Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other JavaScript / programming language.
Strong knowledge of online business as well as Online Sales and Marketing.
Must possess at least a Diploma /bachelor’s degree Computer Science / Marketing / Internet Technology / Commerce or other related discipline.
Required Languages: English, Mandarin & Malay, due to business communications / reporting / documentations needs.

Responsibilities
Job Description:
To manage and execute ecommerce campaigns and ensures alignment with company objectives.
To plan and manage online sales, marketing, promotion and advertisement.
Monitor, Control and manage the ecommerce system and market place system.
Manage all online sales order and update products information, products inventory, and promotion details on website and marketplace.
Devise strategies utilizing internet marketing platforms and tools to drive online traffic to corporate website and other social media platforms.
Establish and report against KPIs utilizing various resources including Sales Report, Campaign Performance Report
Monitor competitors’ activities on digital platform and to recommend course of actions.
Live Hosting - Conduct live stream session @ EYS channel
Preparation - Develop a simple script/flow for livestream to ensure smooth execution of livestreams
Content Creation - Basic script writing, create and edit e-commerce videos
Job Responsibility:
Create and execute ecommerce campaign in multiple platforms which includes Eu Yan Sang online store and marketplaces Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok platform.
Monitor the online store's sales and operation.
Monitor online advertising campaign.
Analyze and generate the report for web traffic and ecommerce campaign.
Plan & coordinate daily deliveries & connections
Order fulfilment and customer support in warehouse
