Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Design or related field.
5+yearsrelevant experience, at least 2 years in medium/large construction / civil company.
Experience in industrial workshop projects(semiconductor/data center/food/pharma preferred).
Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction laws & regulations.
Good English & Mandarin skills ;experience in foreign-funded projects preferred.
Salary
RM8,000-RM12,000 / month

Job Responsibilties
Develop and execute project plans and progress control.
Monitor the overall project schedule and conduct meetings.
Coordinate multi-discipline teams and site activities.
Ensure safety and quality compliance on-site.
Manage equipment, materials and resources efficiently.
Maintain construction order ,safety and environmental standards.
Handle emergencies, analyze progress, and implement improvement Job.
