• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a personal driver, executive driver, bodyguard, or in a similar role.

• Able to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, public holidays, and on-call assignments when required.

• English is a mandatory. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Must possess a valid Class D driving licence with a clean driving record and no major traffic offences.

• Familiar with Klang Valley roads, routes, and traffic conditions, with excellent navigation skills and a strong sense of direction.

• Proficient in the use of navigation applications such as Waze and Google Maps.

• No criminal record and able to pass background verification checks.

• Willing to travel outstation and stay overnight when necessary.

• Capable of operating various types of vehicles, including EV, sedans, MPVs, SUVs, and luxury vehicles.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and troubleshooting is an added advantage.

• Possess a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and good interpersonal skills.

• Safely operate the designated vehicle to send the Director or guests to desired destinations.

• Arrive on time for pick-ups and drop-offs, following a prearranged schedule or as directed by the Director or Management.

• Be familiar with routes and use GPS (Waze & Google Map) to choose the most efficient and traffic-free paths.

• Maintain a professional demeanor, be courteous, and adhere to any specific Director preferences.

• Provide assistance with entering and exiting the vehicle, loading/unloading luggage, and ensuring passenger comfort, if required.

• To ensure that all mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order and that the vehicles are not damaged.

• Regularly washing, cleaning, and maintaining company vehicles to keep them clean and in good condition.

• Always drive safely and in accordance with traffic laws.

• Always be polite, courteous, and presentable.

• Ensuring that company vehicles are always parked in designated parking areas to avoid towing.

• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle, including refueling and regular maintenance.
