Kerja Sepenuh Masa Operation Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di O2klinik Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage related operations.
• Develop short- and long-term goals for the operation department.
• Establish and update policies to improve patient care standards.
• Plan and oversee patient admission and care processes.
• Manage departmental budgets and track all expenses.
• Address operation related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee record-keeping processes, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Evaluate new team members after completing orientation.
• Advise the clinic head on operational needs.
• Manage doctors' rosters and source locum doctors when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Operation Management, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in operations executive roles (experience in healthcare industry is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
