Klinik Suppayah Falim is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic. As the Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and clinical tasks that are essential to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Description

  • Register patients (walk-in, appointment, panel) and update records
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • Prepare and remind patients for medication collection
  • Assist doctors during consultations, treatments, and procedures
  • Prepare instruments, equipment, and materials before procedures
  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize tools and equipment after use
  • Handle counter duties: payments, billing, and receipts
  • Submit panel claims and billing on time (same-day when required)
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Monitor medical supplies and stock levels
  • Coordinate ordering of medical disposables
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness, infection control, and safety standards
  • Support daily clinic operations and general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma (healthcare-related field is an advantage)
  • Experience in clinic or healthcare setting preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work shifts (nights, weekends, public holidays, overtime)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
