Klinik Suppayah Falim is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic. As the Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and clinical tasks that are essential to providing high-quality patient care.
Job Description
- Register patients (walk-in, appointment, panel) and update records
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Prepare and remind patients for medication collection
- Assist doctors during consultations, treatments, and procedures
- Prepare instruments, equipment, and materials before procedures
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize tools and equipment after use
- Handle counter duties: payments, billing, and receipts
- Submit panel claims and billing on time (same-day when required)
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Monitor medical supplies and stock levels
- Coordinate ordering of medical disposables
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, infection control, and safety standards
- Support daily clinic operations and general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma (healthcare-related field is an advantage)
- Experience in clinic or healthcare setting preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts (nights, weekends, public holidays, overtime)
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
