1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Plan workforce requirements based on production demands.
- Recruit operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Coordinate interviews, hiring, onboarding, and orientation programs.
2. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct domestic inquiries and manage misconduct cases.
- Maintain positive employee engagement and workplace harmony.
3. Performance Management
- Manage annual performance appraisals.
- Monitor employee KPIs and productivity.
- Support career development and succession planning.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs for production and support departments.
- Organize technical, safety, and soft-skills training.
- Monitor training effectiveness and competency development.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage salary reviews, bonus recommendations, and benefits administration.
- Benchmark compensation against market trends.
- Ensure payroll processes are accurate and compliant.
6. Compliance & Industrial Relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Liaise with government authorities such as Malaysia's Labour Department and SOCSO.
- Handle audits related to HR and employment practices.
- Manage union-related matters (if applicable).
7. HR Policies & Administration
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary records.
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
