As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and people-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, are organised, and passionate about healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients professionally at the registration counter
  • Manage appointments, patient registration, and clinic scheduling
  • Handle WhatsApp, phone calls, and patient inquiries efficiently
  • Assist doctor during consultations, procedures, and clinical tasks
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness
  • Dispense medication according to doctor’s instructions
  • Handle payment collections and billing
  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality
  • Monitor and manage clinic stock/inventory
  • Assist in clinic marketing activities and basic content creation (if required)
  • Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks
  • Educate patients on follow-up care and appointments when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in clinic/healthcare setting is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, responsible, and able to work in a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/clinic software)
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to learn and grow in healthcare service
  • Experience in customer service or social media/live hosting is an added advantage
