HIRING NOW – PROCUREMENT CUM OPERATIONS MANAGER (F&B INDUSTRY)

Are you experienced in procurement, inventory control, costing, and F&B operations? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive professional to support our growing restaurant operations!

Location: Cyberjaya
Salary: RM3,500
Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing and procurement activities
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and delivery
• Monitor stock levels and inventory movement across outlets
• Conduct stock audits and reduce wastage
• Prepare and monitor food costing and product costing
• Ensure outlet compliance with SOPs and operational standards
• Coordinate with outlet managers and suppliers
• Prepare procurement and operational reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or F&B operations
• Strong knowledge of stock control, costing, and supplier management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Able to work independently and solve problems effectively
• Experience managing multi-outlet F&B operations is an added advantage
