Full Time Account - Admin Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in FADZILL CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Bayan Lepas - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Discovering Full Set of Accounts (Journal Entries, AR, AP, GL, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, P&L & Balance Sheet) operational day to day activities and ensures account are up-to-date at all times.
• Reviews month-end posting transactions to ensure the accuracy & correctness of the accounts.
• Preparation of monthly management reports and other accounts related matters.
• Responsible for overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
• To liaise with banker, auditor, tax agent and company secretary.
• Perform all the administration task assigned and able to multi-tasks and perform any other ad-hoc task upon request

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good ethics and conduct.
• Excellent time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
