Kerja Sepenuh Masa Junior Business Analyst, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,400 di Alfa Infra Perak - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst / System Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of internal systems across our quarry, logistics, and construction operations. The successful candidate will work closely with business users and the development team to gather requirements, document processes, coordinate testing activities, conduct user training, and ensure successful system adoption throughout the organization.

1. Document requirements in the form of BRD (Business Requirements Document), FRD (Functional Requirements Document), and User Stories for the development team.

2. Perform business process mapping (operational process flowcharts).

3. Validate whether the system/application meets user requirements (gap analysis).

4. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before system go-live.

5. Prepare user manuals and SOP documentation.

6. Conduct training sessions for staff and monitor system adoption.

7. Gather user feedback and communicate it to the development team.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Basic programming knowledge (able to read and understand code logic).

• Understanding of database concepts and basic SQL.

• Familiarity with UAT, requirements gathering, and documentation processes.

Critical Skills

• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Comfortable dealing with employees at all levels, from operational staff to management.

• Well-organized and meticulous in documentation.
