About the role

OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading lifestyle and wellness brand, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant (AR) to join our dynamic finance team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes, contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organisation.

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM.

• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

• Willing to learn and able to multi-tasking.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.

• Result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, problem solver, able to work as team.

• Able to work independently and committed to tight deadline.

• Post accounts transaction timely & accurately.

• Handle sales collection data entry.

• Prepare monthly statement to malls management and corporate customers.

• Handle outlet operation arrangement.

• Prepare bank reconciliation.

• Carry out other ad-hoc task as and when assigned.
