Requirements:
Possess a valid SPM / UEC / IGCSE certificate
Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Active listening and questioning skills with the ability to identify and fulfill customer needs
Willing to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts (company provides proper scheduling, night shift allowance, and additional rest arrangements)
Minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service / call center (BPO) is an added advantage
Working Hours & Location:
9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break)
2 days off per week (must be able to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts)
Work locations: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Cyberjaya, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya、Ampang (all accessible by public transport)

Salary Package:
Basic salary + KPI incentives + other allowances
Final package will depend on interview performance (based on language ability, work experience, and education level)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Conduct outbound calls to resolve more complex or dynamic customer issues
Deliver high-quality service to reduce repeat contacts and escalations
Provide feedback on processes, systems, and services to improve workflow and customer experience
Strictly adhere to privacy, security, and compliance requirements
