Full Time Sales Associate Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,800 in CHEGU AIMAN GADGET Sarawak - Maukerja

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations
• Create and upload engaging social media content on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with the Production and Marketing Support Department to develop marketing content and campaigns.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Promote add-on sales (upsell/cross-sell) such as cases, warranties, etc.
• Arrange and maintain product displays and stock on shelves.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Make sure all products are properly labeled with correct prices.
• Handle stock in/out and assist in inventory checks.
• Upload photos of every completed sale into the designated WhatsApp group.
• Assist customers with financing applications (e.g., AEON loans) by working closely with the Loan Department to ensure smooth processing.
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts/invoices for customers.
• Perform closing sales at the end of each shift, ensuring cash in hand tallies with the system, and post the report in the designated WhatsApp group.
• Assist in preparing daily sales reports for supervisor/manager.
• Handle customer inquiries related to warranty, returns, or exchanges
• Work closely with team members to achieve KPIs.
• Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
