Job Scope
- Serves as the primary point of contact for both leads and buyers
- Closing of sales transactions from the prospecting to presentation to closing to handover of keys
- To receive key milestone updates from sales admin and marketing
- To handle prospecting of leads
- To drive strong sales and corporate targets
- To keep oneself informed of project progress
- To keep abreast and study on the building industry, market trends and development know-how
- To carry out ad-hoc instructions and directives from the Sales Manager
- Opportunity to grow into a sales team leader
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in related fields. Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Fluent in English. Able to confidently articulate in additional languages will be an advantage
- Willing to travel for roadshows and possesses own transport
- Self-driven, able to maintain a positive attitude with energy and charisma
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
