Requirements
Minimum 2 Years of Sales Experience – Preferably in construction project sales or surfacing materials
Willingness to Travel – Must be open to outstation travel when required.
Own Transport Required – Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
Professional Presentation Skills – Ability to confidently present products to clients.
Responsibilities
Key Account Management – Build and expand relationships with dealers, fabricators, contractors, and related industry players.
CRM & Sales Reporting – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, including project records, customer data, and daily visit reports.
Pipeline Development – Develop a strong project pipeline within the KL Region.
Lead Generation & Business Development – Proactively hunt for new leads and create business opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Execution – Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth.
Distributor Collaboration – Work closely with distributors to win project specifications and drive product adoption.
Market Intelligence – Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
Customer Relationship Management – Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, technical support, and handle product claims to ensure customer satisfaction.
