Job Title: Content Moderator (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Kelana Centre Point, Malaysia

Salary Package:Up toRM3,800 per month

Working Schedule:
• Rotational Shift
• 5 Working Days per Week
• 2 Off Days

Job Requirements:
• Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English for business support purposes
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Good command of English (Minimum B2 Level)
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPMwith90% accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office & Windows)
• Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:
• Review and moderate online content uploaded by users according to company guidelines
• Identify, classify, and remove inappropriate or harmful content when necessary
• Ensure platform safety and maintain community standards
• Escalate sensitive or urgent cases based on internal procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of user information
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Participate in continuous training and development programmes
