* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
* Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience.
* Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
* Experience in recruitment and employee engagement activities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
* Positive attitude with strong initiative and willingness to learn.

* Experience in professional services, accounting firms, consulting firms, or corporate service industries.
* Familiarity with payroll administration and HR systems.
Tanggungjawab
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer preparation, and onboarding.
* Prepare job advertisements and manage recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and social media channels.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines to support business growth.
* Coordinate internship and graduate recruitment programmes.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
* Coordinate onboarding programmes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
* Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
* Manage employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
Employee Relations & Engagement
* Act as the main HR contact for employee-related matters.
* Organise employee engagement activities, celebrations, team-building events, and staff welfare programmes.
* Foster a positive and professional work environment.
* Support conflict resolution and employee communication initiatives.
Performance Management
* Coordinate probation reviews, employee confirmations, and annual performance appraisals.
* Monitor KPI implementation and employee performance tracking.
* Assist management in employee development and succession planning initiatives.
HR Administration
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
* Prepare HR-related letters including confirmation letters, warning letters, promotion letters, and employment contracts.
* Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR records.
* Assist in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
* Monitor attendance, leave applications, lateness, and absenteeism.
* Verify attendance and employee records for payroll processing.
* Prepare monthly HR reports and workforce statistics.
* Ensure compliance with Employment Act requirements and company policies.
Training & Development
* Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
* Maintain employee training records.
* Support professional development and learning initiatives.
Administrative Support
* Assist in office administration and facility coordination.
* Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee welfare matters.
* Support management with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
