Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

* Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and other relevant platforms.

* Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

* Plan and schedule content calendars across multiple platforms.

* Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Content Creation & Branding

* Create engaging content including:

* Social media posts

* Business articles

* Marketing campaigns

* Company newsletters

* Client success stories

* Corporate presentations

* Promotional materials

* Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.

* Collaborate with management and technical teams to develop thought leadership content.

Graphic Design & Video Content

* Design marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.

* Create and edit short-form videos for social media platforms.

* Develop visual content that enhances audience engagement and brand awareness.

* Coordinate with external designers and vendors when necessary.

Website & SEO Coordination

* Coordinate website content updates and improvements.

* Work with SEO and website vendors to improve online visibility and search rankings.

* Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and digital marketing performance.

* Support content optimization initiatives.

Lead Generation & Marketing Campaigns

* Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns.

* Support marketing initiatives aimed at attracting local and international clients.

* Track marketing leads and campaign performance.

* Work closely with business development and management teams to support growth objectives.

Events & Business Networking

* Coordinate business seminars, webinars, workshops, and networking events.

* Prepare event marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

* Manage event registrations and post-event follow-up activities.

* Represent the company at selected networking and business events when required.

Employer Branding

* Support recruitment marketing initiatives.

* Showcase company culture and employee engagement activities through digital platforms.

* Strengthen KBM Apex’s employer brand to attract quality talent.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

* Track and analyse marketing KPIs.

* Prepare monthly marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.

* Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
