Job description:

Genie Wash is a fast-growing mobile car detailing company serving both individual vehicle owners and commercial fleet operators across Singapore.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our B2B client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business customers.
• Reach out to prospects through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
• Conduct client visits and attend sales meetings.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Follow up consistently on leads and opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Work closely with management to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Progress towards managing the full sales cycle independently.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Able to work independently.
• Previous sales or business development experience is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Possess a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
