• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, operations, logistics or manufacturing environment
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage
• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Prepare production picking slips, including material allocation and machine coordination
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment and on-time delivery
• Monitor production progress and liaise with Sales Team on order requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory control, stock movement, and storage management
• Liaise with import/export teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics flow
• Arrange and coordinate with transporters and drivers for local delivery and collection of goods
• Support machine maintenance coordination and follow up on breakdown issues
• Assist in stock take activities (mid-year, year-end, and ad-hoc cycle counts)
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records in ERP system
• Prepare operational reports and assist Operations Manager in daily operational matters
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce lead time
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
