Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role

Able to work independently with less supervision and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Forklift operation certification or willingness to obtain one

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team and customers

Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Receive, unload and process incoming goods according to Delivery Order (DO), ensuring accuracy in items and quantity.

Plan and coordinate lorry driver activities to ensure efficient and on-time delivery.

Manage inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

Communicate with customer service, production, and customers to meet operational needs.

Assist in repackaging returnable items and finished goods into loose packaging.

Handle and resolve issues related to transport, logistics, export, and customer concerns.

Monitor vehicle documents (road tax, license, inspection, permits) and maintenance costs.

Ensure trucks and containers are in good condition and oversee proper loading/unloading.

Manage weighbridge operations (weigh-in and weigh-out of vehicles).

Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
