Full Time Automation Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in AUREUMAEX MEDISAFE (M) SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

1. Installation & Commissioning

• Install, set up, and commission automation machines, equipment, and control systems.
• Coordinate machine acceptance testing and ensure equipment meets operational requirements.
• Support machine relocation, upgrades, and modification projects.
• Work with suppliers and contractors during equipment installation and commissioning activities.

2. Operation & Technical Support

• Monitor automation systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams on automation-related issues.
• Optimize machine settings and process parameters to improve productivity and product quality.
• Train operators and technicians on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine breakdowns involving PLCs, HMIs, sensors, servo motors, drives, robotics, and control systems.
• Minimize equipment downtime through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for automation equipment.

4. Programming & System Improvement

• Develop, modify, and maintain PLC, HMI, and automation control programs.
• Improve machine performance, reliability, and efficiency through automation enhancements.
• Support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives where applicable.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime and increase productivity.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, machine manuals, maintenance records, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and engineering standards.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements related to automation systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automation engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with industrial automation equipment and control systems.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
