Job Title
Graduate Business Development Executive (Tech & SME Solutions)

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 + Progressive Commission + Performance Bonus
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities while learning how to understand SME business problems and recommend suitable solutions.
You will work closely with our founder and technical team.
Key Responsibilities
1⃣ Manage Inbound Leads
Follow up on enquiries from SEO, SEM and referrals
Conduct structured discovery conversations
Ensure no lead is left unattended
2⃣ Conduct Qualification & Discovery
Understand client business model and current workflow
Gather structured customer data
Identify pain points and budget alignment
Classify leads (Proceed / Park / Drop)
Record all updates accurately in CRM
3⃣ Drive the Sales Process
Arrange meetings with technical lead
Present company value proposition at a high level
Issue quotations within approved scope
Follow up consistently until closure
4⃣ Post-Sale Coordination
Ensure clean handover to implementation team
Follow up on payment completion
Check customer satisfaction
Note: This role does NOT involve performing accounting or technical implementation work.

Responsibilities
We welcome fresh graduates.
Preferred Background:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related fields
0–2 years working experience (sales exposure is an advantage)
Key Traits Required:
Strong willingness to learn complex topics
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage due to SME client base)
Organized and disciplined in follow-ups
Comfortable speaking with SME business owners
Able to think logically and ask structured questions
Not afraid of structured performance review
