Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation, or related Engineering fields.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and take initiative.

Knowledge of Industrial Automation products is an advantage.

Basic electrical troubleshooting and circuit diagram reading skills are an advantage.

Willing to travel within Malaysia.

Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Industrial Control & Automation products.

Assist customers with product setup, commissioning, testing, and application support.

Support on-site and remote service activities.

Prepare service reports and technical documentation.

Work closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

Perform other duties assigned by the Superior.
