Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or clean room environment (semiconductor/precision industry is an added advantage).

Proficient in SolidWorks or other CAD software.

Knowledge of clean room standards, contamination control, and ESD requirements.

Strong understanding of process improvement, production optimization, and engineering principles.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Develop, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes within clean room environments.

Ensure compliance with clean room protocols, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Analyze production/process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize efficiency and yield

Support equipment qualification, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare process documentation, reports, and work instructions
