What You'll Do:
Deliver Excellent Service to our guests by understanding and meeting their expectations with a smile.
Boost Sales to hit our targets.
Be the go-to person for all our campaigns, promotions, and events, providing guests with accurate and up-to-date information.
Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems.
Manage stock tally when needed, ensuring everything is in perfect order.
Maintain the general cleanliness of the venue at all times, making sure it’s always guest-ready.
What You Bring:
At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the F&B, Retail, or Tourism industry.
Passion and love for our brand, games, and engaging with people.
A commitment to delivering high-standard service to our guests.
A responsible, energetic, and proactive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with our guests and team.

Other Information:
