• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• Leadership experience is an added advantage.

• Welcome Customers and handle customer queue system
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately.
• Supervise and guide junior service crew members.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and kitchen areas.
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow.
