Passionate about event planning, customer engagement, and creating memorable experiences.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable interacting with children, parents, visitors, and external stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva will be an advantage.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events held at Just Pets Megastore, including school trips, workshops, birthday parties, exhibitions, and special promotional events.

Support event preparations, including scheduling, venue setup, participant registration, and activity coordination.

Assist in communicating with customers, schools, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.

Prepare event materials, decorations, educational resources, and activity supplies.

Provide on-site support during events and ensure a positive experience for participants and visitors.

Assist in capturing event photos and videos for marketing and documentation purposes.

Support post-event evaluation, feedback collection, and reporting.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
